CABC was established in 2015 covering Chester City Centre, Hoole and the Greyhound Retail Park to combat retail crime. It is a non for profit organisation fully support by Cheshire Police and Cheshire West and Chester Council.

It has over 150 members with over 200 radios utilised across the area by members, the Police and Council departments to help keep the city and the surrounding areas safe.

CABC supports Chester Pubwatch members who also utilise the radio network and DISC system.
